Who can use the site
You must be at least 18 and in the United States to ask for an offer. You agree to give true and complete information, and to only submit a vehicle you own, lease, or are authorized to sell.
Offers
- An offer is an estimate based on the information and photos you give us. It becomes final only when we inspect the vehicle and verify its title, any loan or lease payoff, and its history.
- If the vehicle, its title, its history or the payoff differs from what you told us, we may change or withdraw the offer.
- Offers are valid for the time we tell you, and only for the vehicle described. Market prices change, so an expired offer may change.
- Same-day payment requires a clear title, or a payoff letter from your lender or leasing company, plus valid ID.
- If you owe more than the vehicle is worth, you will need to pay the difference at the time of sale.
No obligation
Asking for an offer does not commit you to sell, or us to buy. We may decline to make an offer on any vehicle. A sale happens only when we both sign the purchase paperwork, and that paperwork controls if it differs from anything on this site.
Contact by phone, text and email
When you check the consent box on a form, you agree that we may contact you about your request at the number and email you gave, including by calls and texts that may be sent with automated technology. Photos and information you send
You confirm you have the right to share the photos and information you send. You allow us to use them to evaluate, buy and resell the vehicle, including sharing them with our staff, lenders and buyers of the vehicle. We will not post photos that show you, your home or your license plate publicly without your permission.
Vehicle information on the site
Year, make, model and trim filled in from a VIN come from the US government's NHTSA database and may be incomplete or wrong. Please check them. Articles on our blog are general information about selling a vehicle, not legal, tax or DMV advice.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no false submissions, spam, automated scraping, attempts to break or overload it, or uploads of anything unlawful or harmful. We may block access that breaks these rules.
Our content
The text, design, logo and photos on this site belong to Lease Remarketing Services Inc. or are used with permission.
Disclaimers and limits
The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100. These limits don't apply to a vehicle purchase, which is governed by the purchase paperwork, and they don't take away any rights you have under California law that can't be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute about the site will be heard in the state or federal courts for Orange County, California, unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version takes effect when it is posted here with a new effective date.
